• Payments will be refunded in such cases to the customers’ account without any hassle.
• Due to any delay in order delivery where customer is responsible for the same, extra amount and charges will be paid by the customer.
• Only authentic and trustworthy information will be acceptable if during cross check session any fault will be noticed then, without any prior information this should be reported.
• The payment asked by any other website or spam mail without naming of iwearkurti.com should not be done by customer as it can be a fraudster act. Not any such fraud cases will not be entertained by us!
• Any act which comes under natural and got act will not be handled from our end as it is out of our control. At such times late and non-delivery conditions can come across.
• The customer should have age of 18 at-least. There should be legal guardian of her or him.
• For duration of 30 days we will be not be there to listen any issue, after this we will not entertain if the product is timely delivered.

All brands illustrations, creative, models, products etc. that are used by seller to create their catalogues, it becomes a permanent catalogue page on iwearkurti.com that will remain even if creator’s inventory sells out. Additionally, when you add your copyrighted image to a detail page, you grant indiakurti and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to exercise all rights of publicity over the material.

Other sellers can list their items for sale against pages that you have created or added your copyrighted images to. However, we do require sellers to list only against detail pages that exactly match their items. If you believe sellers are listing against detail pages that do not exactly match their items, we ask that you report the violation at care@indiakurti.com.

Exclusive / Selective Distribution:

Indiakurti respects brand owner /manufacturer’s right enter into exclusive distribution agreements in India or any geography for its product. However, violations of such agreements do not constitute intellectual property rights infringement. As the enforcement of these agreements is a matter between the brand owner  /manufacture and sellers, it would not be appropriate for indiakurti to assist in enforcement activities.
